HYPE-R WARRANTY DURATION AND TERMS
factory VEHICLE WARRANTY
HYPE-R provides a 24 months warranty with unlimited miles.
General vehicle warranty covers components of one’s vehicle against defects in materials or workmanship. It covers parts and labour costs for repairment or replacement of said defective parts and the warranty begins on the date of original purchase from a licensed distributor of HYPE-R or HYPE-R’s main shop.
That excludes normal wear and tear items, batteries, battery cables, air and oil filters, coolants and fluids, cam chain tensioner assemblies and components, spark plugs and wires, drive chains and sprockets, drive belts and sprockets/pulleys, clutch belts, hoses, components for illumination, exhaust parts, oxygen sensors, emissions components, antennas, speakers, tires, wheel bearings, rubber mouldings, glass, metal, chrome plating, plastic trim, upholstery, brake pads or suspension bushings.
This warranty also excludes failures from error or abuse; snow, water or dirt ingestion; improper or lack of maintenance; unofficial modifications or use of aftermarket components; or use of the vehicle in completion or for commercial purposes.
(improper use and maintenance include, but is not limited to: not abiding the user’s manual for the particular vehicle, abusing the vehicle, maintaining the vehicle outside of licensed maintenance shops or licensed dealers)
In case of reselling the vehicle, warranty can be transferred from previous owner (selling party) to the new owner (buying party) of the vehicle, but this action does not extend the warranty period.
There is an option to buy extended warranty however and one is recommended to arrange that with the licensed HYPE-R dealership that the vehicle was bought at.
If problems arise, provided that the dealership is official and licensed, HYPE-R will provide extended warranty to the vehicle owner anyhow and handle the dispute with the dealership internally so that our buyers are protected in any and every case.
The owner of the vehicle is responsible for saving the proof of date of original purchase from a licensed dealer (receipt, invoice, official emails etc).

2. spare parts, additional options, safety gear and apparel warranty
Spare parts, additional options, safety gear and apparel that are under warranty
that fail because of a manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced for free at the discretion of HYPE-R.
As with factory warranty, warranties start on the date of purchase and customers are responsible for providing a proof of purchase.
Drive shafts and batteries come with a 12-month warranty
All other spare parts come with a 30-days warranty.
SPARE PARTS
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS, SAFETY GEAR AND APPAREL
Additional options purchased along with the vehicle carry vehicle’s factory warranty of 24 months.
Additional options purchased independently of vehicle purchase come with 12 months warranty.
Safety gear and apparel come with a 12 months warranty.
